Expanded outdoor living with a reinforced concrete extension.
This project extended the home’s existing covered patio into the backyard to create a larger, more useful outdoor area. The work included preparing and forming the new footprint, installing a vapor barrier and reinforcing steel, placing the concrete, and finishing the new surface to meet the existing patio edge.
